Not sure what kind of fresh tree to buy? Here's a brief description of the ones we prefer.
Michigan grown. Excellent shape and color, our most popular tree. Branches turn slightly upward; good form and excellent needle retention. Dark green in color with silver undersides; pleasant scent. Known as the Cadillac of trees. Great choice for people with allergies, if you don't want to have any needles dropping and if you have a lot of ornaments. We carry heights from 5ft to 10ft.
Michigan grown. Excellent shape and color. Branches turn slightly upward; good form and excellent needle retention. Soft, dark blue green needles are about one inch long with silver undersides; the most fragrant tree. Sturdy branches hold lots of ornaments. We carry heights from 5ft to 9ft.
Concolor or White Fir
Michigan grown. Elegant tree with excellent shape and blue color. Blue green needles 1.5 inches long, flat and soft. Excellent shape, great needle retention and fragrant. Similar look to the Colorado native firs, but thicker and fuller. We have them in 7 ft. and 9 ft in height.
